Ever since 2020, it’s been a challenge to regain the financial stability we once had. Life has changed since the pandemic, and so have our habits, interests, and most of all, the economy. Here at Randy’s Rescue Ranch, we continue to rescue animals from life-threatening situations and abuse, providing a safe haven for many horses, donkeys, cattle, pigs, and other farm animals.

Ginger's Story: A Tale of Resilience

Meet Ginger, our special little girl, who was rescued from an extremely sad situation. She’s grateful for the care and love she’s received from everyone, but her journey to recovery is ongoing. Due to the severe neglect she endured, her feet will never be the same. Ginger’s special diet, medical bills, and farrier expenses are substantial, and she hopes that you will continue to support her in her healing journey.

Moonshine's Journey: A Fan Favorite

Moonshine, our goofball horse, has become a fan favorite. Despite being diabetic with a severe thyroid disorder and laminitis, he remains full of spirit. However, his medical bills are significant, exceeding $1,000 a month. Moonshine thanks everyone for their loving support, and he needs your continued help to manage his monthly expenses.

Gunner's Battle: A Blind Horse's Struggle

Gunner, our beautiful blind horse, is fighting chronic medical issues. His vet bills are substantial, and he’s just one of the many animals at our ranch. We currently care for 15 to 20 horses, six pigs, two cows, and 18 special-needs dogs, some of whom won’t be with us much longer. Additionally, our three wonderful new donkeys are calling Randy’s Rescue Ranch their home.

Dreaming Big: A Future for Our Donkeys

There’s a section of the ranch I dream of turning into a donkey paddock and barn, complete with landscaping, water, and electricity. It’s a lofty goal, but one I believe is worth pursuing. This dream would require significant construction, but it’s a vision that keeps us hopeful for a better future for our animals. Patsy (middle) Patches (right) and PeeWee are new members of the Ranch family!

Our Plea for Help

Randy’s Rescue Ranch is a place of hope, healing, and miracles. To continue our valuable work of saving lives, we desperately need more income or donations. While we understand that some items may not be appealing to donate, the reality is that our biggest expenses—sawdust, feed, pasture seeding, fencing, and day-to-day maintenance—are essential to our operations.

Personal Note: Randy's Health and the Ranch's Future

As I prepare for my upcoming aneurysm surgery, it’s incredibly difficult to face hospitalization and recovery without knowing if we have the funds to pay our bills. Living with a disorder that produces aneurysms, one of my dreams is to go into the hospital without worrying about the ranch’s financial stability. The kind and compassionate people who work here, along with the amazing animals who have beaten the odds, deserve peace of mind as well. And that’s where you come in.
